50ml MARIE LAVEAU
150ml premium cola
Lime wedge for garnish

Method:

Pour  MARIE LAVEAU over ice and top with cola. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Pina Nolada

50ml MARIE LAVEAU
40ml cream of coconut
40ml pineapple juice
15ml lime juice
Pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Pineapple leaf (for garnish)

Method:

Add MARIE LAVEAU, cream of coconut,  pineapple and lime juices to a blender with ice. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and pineapple leaf.

MARIE LAVEAU Nojito

50ml MARIE LAVEAU
Soda water
Fresh mint
1 lime cut into wedges

Method:

Add fresh mint and squeeze lime into a highball glass. Muddle enough to release mint essence without pulverizing the leaves. Add MARIE LAVEAU and crushed ice. Stir with bar spoon to incorporate. Top with soda and a sprig of mint. 

Grapefruit Nojito

50ml MARIE LAVEAU
6 fresh mint leaves
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
80ml grapefruit juice
50ml club soda
grapefruit wedges (for garnish)

Method:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle together mint leaves, lime juice, and simple syrup.
Pour in the grapefruit juice and white rum.
Fill with ice and shake. Strain over ice-filled cocktail glass.
Top with club soda (or sparkling water). Garnish with mint leaves and grapefruit wedge slices.

MARIE LAVEAU Daiquiri

50ml MARIE LAVEAU
25ml lime juice
10ml sugar syrup
ice
 

Method:

Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.

MARIE LAVEAU Calm Sea

50ml MARIE LAVEAU
15ml fresh lime juice
150ml Ginger Beer
Lime wedge for garnish

Method:

Pour MARIE LAVEAU and lime juice to a tall glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
