Ingredients
60ml (2oz) MARIE LAVEAU
30ml (1oz) fresh lime juice
15ml (1/2oz) simple syrup
30ml (1oz) soda water
10 mint leaves

Method
Muddle mint, lime and simple syrup in a glass. Add MARIE LAVUEA rum alternative and ice. Stir and top with soda water.
